How many trees will the open / green areas have?
It will have a green area of approximately 8,140 sqm and with a minimum of 114 trees which at the time of placement (young trees) will be between 4 and 6 meters tall.
What is the size of the pool and how many swimming lanes will it have?
The size of the pool will be 19.8 m x 6.60 m with 3 swimming lanes and 1.20 m deep.
How many sqm will the gym have?
The gym will be 60 sqm, plus a 70 sqm area for lessons.
How many sqm big is the interior garden?
The interior garden will be an area of 400 sqm.
How many sqm big is the side garden?
75 sqm of pet park. 65 sqm of area, next to the pet park. 190 sqm of area in front of the pool. 130 sqm of area in front of the event hall.
How will the pool water be heated?
30% of the pool water will be heated through solar energy (solar panels) and the remaining 70% will be through heaters.
Where will visitors to the commercial area park? And if it's only through valet parking, where will the cars be parked?
Commercial parking will be located in the office tower and will be allocated exclusively through a valet.
Will there be bike racks?
There will be for residents in basements and for visitors in the square.
Each phase of the development holds a different set of amenities, which tenants will enjoy access to them?
The amenities are exclusive to each phase, that is, phase 1 cannot use the amenities of phase 2 and vice versa.
What will be the height of ground floor / Lobby of residential towers?
The height of the ground floor will be 6.60 m from floor to ceiling in structure. The ceiling height in lobbies is 3.60 m.
What will be the upkeep price?

How can we guarantee the water supply of the area?
The project has water tanks that are designed to provide two days of regular consumption of all apartments, plus what the fire system needs.
How many power outlets are there for each zone, in each type of apartment?
It depends on the size of the department and therefore, of the spaces. The sqm of warehouses costs $ 20,000.00 / sqm. We have warehouses from 4.90 sqm to 16.60 sqm and will have a height of 2.35 m.
What will the fire prevention system be like?
In common areas per floor there will be photoelectric smoke detectors (4 per level) in addition to two fire cabinets with hoses, per floor.
Will the development have WIFI in common areas?
There will be WiFi only in common areas and will be included in the maintenance fee.
What will be the maximum possible height in the parking basements?
The maximum height in the parking basements will be 2.50 m from the underground level 2 to 8.
Is the development prepared for the seismic nature of Mexico City?
Neuchâtel Cuadrante Polanco fully complies with the specifications established in the Construction Regulations of Mexico City and its Complementary Technical Standards (NTC) enforced since 2004. In addition, it is very important to keep in mind that the location of this project and the geotechnical conditions of the site, help to have lower amplifications of seismic waves, which is reflected in a better demand for forces and deformations in the structure.
